Cake

  • 400 grms white flour
  • 140 grms confectioners sugar
  • 140 grms ground nuts
  • 250 grms butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1/2 a lemon

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 F
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Step 3
Roll into small balls and make a horn
Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes until they start turning darker

Step 5
While the horns are warm dust with confectioners sugar
